SHIPPING

This Shipping policy applies to all products sold on this site.

Orders placed before 4 PM EST will be processed and shipped the same day. After 4 PM EST, it will ship the next day (excluding weekends and holidays) Orders placed during promotional sales may experience slight delays (in such cases you will be notified, take into count regular ground shipping takes from 2-7 business, if you place your order during promotional times and holiday we will only notify about the delay on shipping if we can not ship in this time frame mentioned before).

Any order over $200.00 and being shipped to a US address is eligible for free shipping using the ground service of our choice (takes about 3-8 business days). All orders under  $200.00 will have a shipping charge of $15.00. The international shipping rates may vary depending on the country.

Express Shipping orders placed before 4 PM EST will be processed and shipped the same day. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered promptly, we cannot be held liable for delays due to conditions beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, service interruptions, US holidays, etc.).

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the selected shipping option. Depending on the shipping provider.

DUTIES AND TAXES

Upon arrival at the destination country, international orders may be subject to duties and taxes billed by the destination country's customs department. The recipient must bear any additional charges for customs clearance; we have no control over such charges and cannot predict what they may be. We can ship to virtually any address in the world, but please note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

RETURN POLICY

If your product is not working because of a manufacturing malfunction we will exchange it free of charge or provide a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). You may return any unused or unopened item within 30 days of delivery for a refund minus the $14.95 restocking fee. In case the product was used or opened we can offer an exchange but not a refund.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu, and click the Return Item(s) button. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.

COUPON USE

In addition to all policies stated in the Company’s Terms and Conditions and Website, all orders placed on the Site are also subject to the Company’s Rules of Use.

The Rules of Use Are as Follows:

  • Terms of coupon codes are subject to change at any time without notice.
  • Vouchers, coupons, and discount codes do not have any cash value and are not interchangeable.
  • Only one discount (coupon, voucher, or promotion price) may be used per order. Orders that used two or more coupons for the same order will be considered fraud and the company may reject shipment and process the paid amount as a processing fee charged for the company to review and establish the purchase as fraudulent. The company at its own discretion may elect to ship the lost value item only in the order or any other item of its choice without noticing the customer.
  • Vouchers are only valid for single use, even if not used for the full promotional value.
  • Coupons cannot be combined with other coupons OR any other discounts.
  • Coupons cannot be applied toward promotional-priced items.
  • Errors or misprints on coupons will not be honored.
  • Use of a coupon that results in a greater discount than approved by the company may result in order cancellation.
  • The company reserves the right not to honor errors or mistakes caused by coupon usage.
  • Deliberate misuse of coupon codes will result in the order being canceled.
  • If an order is placed that does not meet these guidelines it will be canceled and refunded at the company’s sole discretion.
